Ryan was quick to respond to my inquiry. He provided a quick estimate and got me on his schedule immediately following his evaluation of my shifting retaining wall. Even with all the rain this summer he was able to make it to repair my retaining wall when he said he would (almost unheard of today). He was neat and clean with his work. I had no cleanup when he left. I will be calling on Blackstone again in the near future for another project we have in mind.

Ryan Looked at my chimney cap, which had been repaired 3 previous times, and showed me the pictures of the significant damage to the masonry cap. He recommended a concrete cap which he installed quickly. It looks like it will outlast the rest of the house.
